For support, include your device platform, app version if available, the email used to sign in, and screenshots if they help explain the problem. Do not send passwords or private notes. While the custom domain is being connected, this Firebase Hosting page is the official public support URL.

Common help topics

  • Sign in: Love Birds supports Firebase Authentication with Apple, Google, and supported app sign-in methods.
  • Partner connection: Couples connect through invite and couple records. If a connection breaks, sign out and back in, then check your Profile and couple status.
  • Memories and media: Uploads require network access and storage permissions where applicable.
  • Notifications and widgets: Enable notifications and widget permissions in your device settings if updates are not appearing.
  • Account deletion: Use Profile, Delete account, or open the account deletion page for details.

For App Store and Google Play reviewers

This is the official support page for Love Birds. The app is a private companion app for couples with memories, notes, places, doodles, mood signals, widgets, subscriptions, and account deletion.

Account deletion is available in-app from Profile and is documented on the Account Deletion page. Legal and support pages are available below for review verification.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Love Birds uses RevenueCat to read subscription entitlement status, but payment details and cancellations are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

  • For iOS refunds or cancellation, use Apple App Store purchase support.
  • For Android refunds or cancellation, use Google Play purchase support.
  • If the app does not recognize an active purchase, contact support through the app store listing with the store, approximate purchase date, and receipt information.
