Using the app
Love Birds is a private relationship companion app for couples. You are responsible for the account you create, the information you add, and the people you choose to connect with. You must use accurate account information and keep your device and sign-in credentials secure.
Some features require internet access, Firebase services, device permissions, app store services, or a subscription entitlement.
Your content and couple spaces
You keep ownership of the notes, memories, images, places, doodles, and other content you add to Love Birds. You grant Love Birds permission to store, process, display, sync, and back up that content only as needed to operate the app and provide the features you use.
When you connect with a partner, selected content becomes part of your shared couple space. Disconnecting or deleting an account can affect shared records, partner access, and recoverability of content as described in the app and account deletion page.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features may be offered through subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms, renewal rules, cancellation rules, refunds, taxes, and billing support are controlled by the store where you purchased.
Deleting the app or deleting your Love Birds account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. Manage subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Love Birds to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user's account, scrape data, or interfere with app infrastructure.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or app store rules.
Availability and changes
Love Birds may change over time. Features may be added, removed, limited, interrupted, or updated for security, reliability, legal, store-policy, or product reasons. We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all data can always be recovered.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Love Birds is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
